Italy the complete set of bridge-cut-off insulating line and
produce process in Jan. this year and have it put into operation,
resulted in seizing the market smoothly and expanding the operation.
What is worth mention is: Realization of isothermal extruding
aluminium-rod heating unit and the units for auto measuring
temperature and auto inspecting surface quality at the discharging
opening facilitate the extruding process and quality more stable;
The oven-temperature tracker imported from Germany realize 24-hour
accurate trace to the electro coating curing oven and the powder
spray coating curing oven, monitoring strictly the implementing
of process temperature of electro coating and spray coating
and ensuring the coating performance to meet (exceed) the requirements
of the national standard; the complete set of insulating equipment
for profile production introduced from Italy causes our insulating
profile lengthwise anti-sharing up to 50-60 N/mm, exceeding
far the requirements of the national standard¡At present, we
own following matched equipments: two lines with 1350 T each,
4 lines with 800T each, two extruding lines with 650 T each,
three age heat treating ovens, six anode oxidizing lines, three
bluing lines, one electro coating line, one powder spray coating
line, one bridge-cut-off insulating line, which lays a solid
foundation for a large scale of production.
